The entries are in! We received over 30 submissions from more than twenty artists. Thanks! Harbor Art has now cloistered ourselves away in a snow-encased mountaintop Tibetan monastery in order to hammer out the details of the awesomest show possible. See you on August 8!
By the way - art fans and patrons shouldn’t miss the opeing of Thumbprint Gallery, in the 8Teen Center at 3925 Ohio. They’re opening on Saturday!
Venue is booked! We’re delighted to say that our venue for the summer show is fixed! We’ll be showing at Zagrodnik + Thomas Architects on 30th St. ZTA is a sharp firm doing good work, and they’ve got a great space right in the heart of North Park. Big thanks to ZTA for their cooperation!
Another artist we’re excited about participating in the show: John Hendrix. John’s an illustrator, focused on making images by hand. He’s drawn pictures for Sports Illustrated, Entertainment Weekly, the New York Times, the New Yorker, The Wall Street Journal, and on and on. Check out his blog here, and his portfolio here.
